Matt completely shocked me and bought me an iPad for our anniversary! For the record, I bought him an equally awesome gift – a weekend away in the Fall (drive-able destination of his choice). I’m slowly learning how to use the iPad and I’m so excited at all the possibilities.
Orla Kiely Bag
I’m a total bag person. I can do without clothes or shoe shopping but bag shopping? Heaven on earth. The Coach outlet is the death of me. I discovered this line of bags in Ireland and fell in love. I thought it was a local Irish designer until I saw the bag in a store in Philly. Turns out they have shops in London. I stalked the website until they had a sale and got this bag for 50% off!
Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate KIND Bars
So unbelievably good! If you are familiar with Peanut Chews (Philly candy), these KIND bars taste the same but are obviously way better for you. And they have 7g of protein in each bar. There are a ton of other flavors too but I like to trick myself into thinking I’m actually eating Peanut Chews 🙂
I need some app suggestions for my iPad. Any good ones? Restaurant apps? Running log apps? I’m currently using an old school excel spreadsheet.
What are you loving these days?
AWww, what a great hubby! I love my ipod. I highly recommend angry birds. I need to learn more about aps, though. One time we were at a restaurant on Halloween that was giving out peanut chews and my friends and I got totally obsessed with them.
My mom got an ipad and she loves it. She downloaded mostly apps for pharmacy stuff and shopping haha!
I’m loving Hidden Valley Ranch this week — what is it NOT good on?!?
love kind bars but have never tried the chocolate peanut butter. that sounds like my dream come true! i’ll look out for it!
i’ve heard good things about the epicurious app!
What a great gift!
You need to get on Daily Mile! I love how it makes little charts for my running. 🙂
I love that purse! I am loving chocolate chip cookie dough lara bars lately.. and cilantro on everything… Sadly, I never use apps.
Pink Runner says
I was borrowing an iPad this summer from work and I’m not sure if I want my own now. I have an iPhone and a MacBook and iPods and found I’d rather just use my MacBook than the iPad for blogging and internet. I think the display looks gorgeous and pictures look beautiful on it!
Just a quick comment to let you know I did my scheduled run last night and I did not (as my friend Katie puts it) “get dead.” So, that…..is a plus.
However, the heat index (at 8:30 at night, mind you) was 101. 1.0.1. So I smelled SPECTACULAR.
That’s great! My god, 101? At 8:30? Remind me to never complain about the heat again.
That is awesome! Such a nice gift! Get the Bakery Story app so we you can be neighbors we me and Jen. Although my bakery is probably defunk since I still have not gotten my replacement iphone. Clearly not running related be Jen and I are obsessed!
