Hi, I'm Kristy, an RRCA-certified running coach and NASM-certified personal trainer, coaching runners of all levels from the 5K to the marathon.

My coaching style is personalized and adaptive – no cookie cutter training plans! The training plan I create will be tailored to your current fitness level and goals.  In addition, I constantly adapt and adjust the plan based on how you are progressing.

If you’re a beginner or seasoned runner, hoping to PR or qualify for Boston, or looking to break through that plateau, I have numerous coaching options for you to choose from.
