that’s the plan…

November 26, 2012 by Kristy 16 Comments

After the Philly HM I did what any runner would do – plug my new HM time into good old McMillan to see what my new marathon time could be.

3:34.

Ha. That’s a bit farfetched – I take McMillan predictions with a grain of salt – but it seems that a sub-3:40 should be doable.

That’s the plan on December 8.

I’m running the Rehoboth Beach Marathon. Oh yes I am.

Cool! Can’t wait to hear about it. That is a marathon that’s been on my radar the last couple of years, but the timing has just never worked out.

McMillan kind of annoys me–my marathon PR is like 8 min slower than it says I could run it! Hopefully it’s more accurate for you! 🙂

Congrats on the half! I love those pace calculator predictors…they make you feel so fast. Just stumbled upon your blog. My fiance and I just moved to San Francisco from Philly back in July. I saw that you love this city. The views are definitely priceless, but we’re planning on moving back to Philly next summer 🙂
