After the Philly HM I did what any runner would do – plug my new HM time into good old McMillan to see what my new marathon time could be.
Ha. That’s a bit farfetched – I take McMillan predictions with a grain of salt – but it seems that a sub-3:40 should be doable.
That’s the plan on December 8.
I’m running the Rehoboth Beach Marathon. Oh yes I am.
Way to sneak a marathon in!!!!

Congrats! You can definitely do it 🙂
Cool! Can’t wait to hear about it. That is a marathon that’s been on my radar the last couple of years, but the timing has just never worked out.
McMillan kind of annoys me–my marathon PR is like 8 min slower than it says I could run it! Hopefully it’s more accurate for you! 🙂
Congrats on the half! I love those pace calculator predictors…they make you feel so fast. Just stumbled upon your blog. My fiance and I just moved to San Francisco from Philly back in July. I saw that you love this city. The views are definitely priceless, but we’re planning on moving back to Philly next summer 🙂
oooh dude! I love this plan! I briefly considered Rehoboth post-NYCM cancellation. It sounds like a great race! Yayy, I’m so excited for you!
You can so do this! Good Luck!
Believe it! And it’s a flat course, weather should be good, etc, etc. Go for it!!
LOVE IT!!!! I can’t wait to hear all about it. You’re going to do amazing.
Wow! You are on fire! Go get’em 🙂

Oh no you didn’t! 🙂 Good luck! Can’t wait to hear how it goes.
I bet you can do it!! Go Kristy! So exciting!
What?!?!?! Hell YEAH! You need to believe in yourself– you so CAN do a 3:34!!! This is so exciting!
Aw man everyone I know is doing Rehobeth! I am so jealous. I have no doubt you will destroy that race. I can’t wait to see your new super fast PR!
