I’m undecided between 1-on-1 Coaching and Personalized Training Plan – what’s the difference?
The difference is the level of communication with your coach. 1-on-1 Coaching is very hands on and provides unlimited communication. Each runner receives a high level of attention! If you have a time goal, hit a plateau in training, or want to learn how to fuel properly during a race, this is the service for you.
Personalized Training Plan is a “light touch” option designed to be self-sustaining. Coach communication is limited to email check-ins. This service is perfect for a runner that wants to train smart but can also train independently.
Both services offer a training plan that is created specific to your current fitness and goals – no cookie cutter plans here!
If you’re still unsure which service is right for you, we can discuss during the consultation call.
How do I receive my training plan? How do I log my runs?
Training plans are delivered via Final Surge (FS). You will be given (free) access to FS. Training plans are arranged in a calendar format with detailed instructions for each day. Logging a run is simple – upload your GPS data and enter any comments as you feel necessary.
I’m ready to get started! What are the next steps?
Complete the online coaching questionnaire and liability waiver. I will be in contact within 24 hours to set-up a phone consultation.
How does billing work?
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and are due on the 8th of each month. For new athletes, a 3 month commitment is required. After 3 months, invoices will be sent monthly.
