This “light touch” option is great for the athlete that wants to train smarter – without the need for 1-on-1 coach guidance. The training plan is fully tailored to your current fitness level, running history, and goals, creating a structured roadmap that adapts as you progress.
Personalized Training Plans are designed to be self-sustaining. Apart from check-ins via email, they do not include access to a coach to answer questions or modify workouts. They do not include access to strength videos, fueling and hydration guidance, or a race strategy. If you would like access to a coach to answer questions, review your training, and help you modify your schedule on the go, I recommend 1-on-1 Coaching.
Personalized Training Plan includes:
- A consultation phone call to chat about your current and past training and to discuss future race goals.
- A personalized training plan made for you and your lifestyle (no cookie cutter plans)! The training plan is typically delivered in 4 week increments and subsequently adapted based on how you’re progressing.
- Access to Final Surge. You will create an account, have access to your training plan, and log your runs here.
- I will check-in monthly via email. This will be done prior to delivery of the next increment of training.
*New athletes: a 3 month commitment is required. After 3 months, invoices will be sent monthly.
