I just found your blog through Healthy Living Blogs… I’m training for a half marathon and have been using (though somewhat loosely this time) the FIRST training plan. Speedwork can be so intimidating! One thing that I’ve found this time is that I like doing speedwork much better outside instead of on a treadmill… that said, I’ve done most of it on a treadmill due to weather.
My hubby & I just finished season 5 of FNL (got started on Netflix too!). Loved it! I’m not much of a football fan either, but really enjoyed the whole series!
